Submission Deadlines
Ads are publicized weekly.
To have your information included in Stall Stories or on digital signage, you must submit your ad by Monday of the week before your event.

Clubs & Organizations
Student clubs are responsible for creating their own ads.
All ads must be designed using Canva, a free online design platform that can be shared among your club members.
Be sure to create your free Canva account using your PSU email address.
Submit early to ensure your event gets the visibility it deserves!

Canva Template Guidelines for Advertising
To ensure proper formatting and compatibility across campus platforms:
Stall Stories: Use the Instagram Square template in Canva.
This format works best for Stall Stories and can be resized by the Student Affairs team for digital signage if needed.
Using the correct template ensures your ad looks its best and reaches the campus community effectively.
Design Tips & Requirements
Follow these design guidelines to create clear, engaging, and effective ads:
✅ Use bold colors to help your ad stand out.
✅ Include photographs or visuals—they attract attention.
✅ Always include event details (time, date, and location).
Dates must include the day of the week and follow this format:
Tuesday, June 9Times should follow this format:

✅ Make sure important information is easy to read at a glance.
Club Branding Requirement
All ads must include your club’s logo to show sponsorship of the event.
This applies to Stall Stories, digital signage, and flyers.
Including your logo:
Gives your club recognition
Helps students identify who’s hosting the event
Maintains consistency in campus advertising
Make sure your logo is clear, properly sized, and doesn’t block key event details.
Final Review & Edits
The Office of Student Affairs & Engagement reserves the right to make adjustments to ensure quality, clarity, and accessibility.
This may include edits to layout, text size, color contrast, or formatting to meet campus standards.
Submitting your ad early allows time for review and revisions.
