Are you looking for a venue to host a meeting, small conference, or event? Consider Penn State Beaver. 

We have several space options, including:

  • Auditorium in the Student Union Building. Seats 300.
  • Student Union Building Lodge, a flexible space with moveable furniture. Seats 100.
  • Conference rooms of various sizes.
  • Classroom spaces in our academic buildings, including our newly renovated General Classroom Building, which has rooms with auditorium-style seating.
  • Beaver Fieldhouse.

Our Housing and Food Services can provide catering ranging from beverage service to boxed lunches to buffet-style hot meals, and our campus IT staff can help with your technology needs.
