Why Penn State Beaver?

Our beautiful 105-acre campus is located close to both Pittsburgh International Airport and the cultural offerings of downtown Pittsburgh. Our athletics teams have won national and conference titles. And our small class sizes and award-winning faculty give you the personalized attention you need to succeed.

Experience Pittsburgh

The city of Pittsburgh, with and all of its entertainments, is only a 40-minute drive away, so it's easy to take advantage of everything it has to offer. Take in a football or hockey game featuring the world-champion Steelers or Penguins. Check out the dinosaurs at the Carnegie Museum, the soup can paintings at the Andy Warhol Museum, or the IMAX theater at the Carnegie Science Center. Outside of Pittsburgh, our area offers numerous parks, challenging hiking and mountain biking trails, shopping, theaters, and a historic amusement park.
