There's a whole lot to college life beyond the classroom. At Penn State Beaver you'll find more than 30 clubs and organizations, live music, speakers, intramural activities, and social events where you can make friends and get involved. You'll also find a range of programs, services, and staff members focused on your health and safety, academic success, residential life, leadership development, and growth.

The Penn State Beaver Office of Student Affairs and Engagement is committed to working with students to maximize their campus experiences. Our goal is to involve students in the many different opportunities available at Beaver. Student clubs, organizations, events, and activities reflect the varied interests of our students.

Personal Counseling

Stress can get to you in college, but don’t worry, we have a resource for you. Personal counseling offers students an opportunity to talk about everything from roommates and homesickness to eating disorders and abuse recovery while in a safe, confidential setting.

Health Services

Penn State Beaver offers a variety of health education programs in diverse areas, including nutrition, wellness, sexual health, and avoidance of substance abuse. Students are strongly encouraged to learn how to establish positive, lifelong health habits.

Safety and Security

Beaver’s University Police are full-time, professional police officers who are on campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year with a goal to ensure the safety of the campus community by providing services such as escorting you across campus, assisting in an emergency, or simply helping you jump-start your car.
