Students will learn the essential strategies and techniques needed to guide negotiations from opening discussions through to a positive result. Students will leave with practical solutions of negotiating effectively.
Constructive Conflict Management
In this course, students will learn to recognize the warning signs that precede quarrels and how to mitigate their impact, as well as constructive ways to harness the differences between team members and shift them toward productive, positive outcomes.
Critical Facilitation Skills for Leaders
Students will learn how to develop and apply facilitation techniques to support their team at every stage of the team life cycle. Students will enhance their interpersonal competencies and observational abilities to deal with disruptions and more.
Managing Remote and Virtual Teams
Managing remote teams is now a common occurrence. Working virtually offers unique advantages and challenges. But how do you best leverage these benefits while overcoming impediments? This course will teach you to adjust your management style to successfully improve communication, foster connections, increase productivity, and develop highly successful remote and virtual teams.
Navigating the Modern Workforce: Diversity, Culture, Generations
In this course, students will learn how to capitalize on the strengths of your diverse team while directing and guiding them to even greater achievements.

Course II: SHRM Essentials of HR Management
Gain the critical knowledge necessary to help reduce costs, avoid potential lawsuits, and improve your ability to handle challenging HR issues. This program is ideal if you are just starting out in the HR profession.

Course III: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification Preparation
The SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP training course, combined with the SHRM Learning System (included for post-class reinforcement), presents a comprehensive and detailed review of the current SHRM body of Competency & Knowledge (SHRM BoCK). Students will be able to identify areas of strength and build on them. The information is broken down into consumable topics to ensure understanding, and students can apply it on the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP exam and in everyday practice.

Cancellations and refunds
Payment is due upon registration. Students may request a registration cancellation through the start date of the course. A $25 cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be given for withdrawal requests after the course start date. The University reserves the right to cancel course selections. If the course is cancelled, the student will be issued a full refund.
