Alumni Career Services

The Penn State Alumni Career Services Office provides career and life management assistance to more than 631,000 Penn State alumni in the country and around the world. Using a variety of tools, including individual counseling, networking events, and webinars, counselors in Alumni Career Services assist graduates of all ages in determining career paths, planning job searches, and developing ways to network with other Penn State alumni.

We also offer programs and services for companies that want to hire Penn State alumni as well as connect with students who are interested in networking with Penn State alumni.

New Alumni Users

Alumni who have never held a Nittany Lion Alumni Career Network (NLACN) account should go to the NLACN registration page to set up an account. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been approved by an Alumni Career Services staff member. The process usually takes two to three business days.

Registered Alumni

Alumni who have previously registered for the NLACN can continue to use the account established as an undergraduate. Go to the NLACN login page, and choose the "Forgot Password" tab. Once you enter your Penn State undergraduate email address, a password for the NLACN will be emailed to you. Please remember to update your email address since your "" email address will expire six months after you graduate.

On-campus Interviewing

Alumni are able to add On-Campus Interviewing to their Nittany Lion Alumni Career Network. To access this feature or for more information, visit OCI for Alumni.

Employers seeking Penn State alumni with experience should log in or register with Nittany Lion Alumni Career Network to post jobs and view resumes of Penn State alumni.
