MONACA, Pa. — It’s year nine of Lion’s Den, a "Shark Tank"-style student idea pitching competition, at Penn State Beaver.

Students with business ideas that are fresh, viable and could possibly solve an existing problem for potential customers are invited to pitch their ideas. This competition is a chance for students to make a difference, win prizes and earn bragging rights as a creative genius and problem solver.

This year's competition will be held on Nov. 14 at 4 p.m. in the Student Union Building Lodge.

The deadline for submitting ideas is midnight on Friday, Nov. 1. The submission form can be found here.
