Penn State Beaver Biology Pathways Camp
Discover where biology can take you at Penn State Beaver’s four-day Biology Camp. Designed for high school students, this experience highlights career pathways in environmental science, molecular biology, infectious disease, wildlife conservation, and laboratory research.
Throughout the week, students will explore topics such as water quality and ecosystem health, DNA and ultraviolet damage, virus transmission and outbreak investigation, and campus biodiversity. Campers will also connect these experiences to real-world careers and college majors in the biological sciences.
This camp offers a meaningful introduction to studying biology at the college level while helping students better understand the wide range of professional opportunities a biology degree can provide.
