Taste & Create Culinary Camp

Calling all young food enthusiasts! The Taste & Create Culinary Camp is the ultimate experience for tweens and teens who love to cook, create, and explore new flavors. Over the course of this hands-on camp, participants will learn essential culinary techniques, kitchen safety, and the art of presentation while having fun and working together.

Campers will experiment with exciting recipes, discover global cuisines, and even design their own signature dishes. Each day brings new challenges and creative opportunities, from mastering knife skills to plating like a pro.

  • Creative recipe development and plating
  • Tasting sessions and take-home recipes

Grand Finale:

The week ends with an exciting Mystery Basket Cook-Off, where campers put their skills to the test by creating a unique dish using surprise ingredients. It’s a fun, friendly competition that celebrates creativity and teamwork! Family members are welcome to attend at the end of the last day for a finale Mystery Basket judging.

Cancellations and refunds

Payment is due upon registration. Students may request a registration cancellation through the start date of the course. A $25 cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be given for withdrawal requests after the course start date. The University reserves the right to cancel course selections. If the course is cancelled, the student will be issued a full refund.
