The chapter’s goal is to reach out into the community through various efforts that not only raise funds for our scholarships at Penn State Beaver, but also serve to connect Penn State friends and alumni.
Among the chapter’s premier events are the Holiday Gift Drive for Beaver County Children and Youth Services, Meet the Chancellor, and Bowl Game watch. Plus other fun activities like a ‘Paint the Lion’ event!
There are many ways that you can help the chapter, and the group welcomes your input and ideas. Monthly meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month at various locations in Beaver County. Remember, you do not have to be a Penn State alumnus to join the Beaver Valley Area Alumni Chapter. Dues are $15 per individual or $20 per family.
