A new articulation agreement between Penn State Beaver and Community College of Beaver County will make it easier for students who have earned their associates degree to continue to complete a bachelor’s degree.
Penn State Beaver is providing students with opportunities to improve their networking skills as they prepare to search for internships and jobs. During the 2022-23 academic year, the campus held two networking events for students. The success of those events is acting as a springboard for more networking opportunities for students in the 2023-24 academic year.
A recent event, Women in Criminal Justice and the Law, gave Penn State Beaver students the opportunity to hear women talk about their journey and experience working in criminal justice and the legal field.
Students interested in learning about internships and careers in health policy can hear from a variety of industry professionals during a panel discussion hosted by the Penn State Health Policy and Administration Consortium from 6 to 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15, via Zoom.
