Parking information

  • All student vehicles must have a parking permit displayed.  
  • Parking permits are free and you must get a new one every year.
  • Parking permits are obtained by filling out the application below and picking up the permit in the Office of Finance, Room 101, Ross Administration Building.
  • Student parking permits are valid in areas designated “Student Parking Areas” only. These are white-lined parking spaces. Yellow-lined spaces are for faculty and staff. See the Beaver campus parking map for details.
  • Guests may park in Lot A. 
  • The permit is to be hung from the rearview mirror with the number facing the windshield.
  • Beaver Campus parking permits are NOT valid at University Park. 
  • Speed on campus roads is limited to 15 miles per hour.
  • A vehicle must be brought to a full stop at all stop signs.
  • Parking tickets can be paid in the Office of Finance and Business. Any unpaid tickets will result in a hold being placed on your account.

Penn State Beaver Student Parking Permit Application

Your nine-digit ID number beginning with the number 9 can be found on your Penn State ID card. Do not enter spaces.

Checking the box above serves as your signature for this form and your agreement with the following statement: "I have recieved a copy of the student parking rules, regulations, and information. I have read and understand the rules and regulations, and I agree to abide by them. I certify that the vehicle has liability insurance coverage and agree to maintain coverage for the duration of this parking permit."
