At Penn State Beaver, you will step onto the front lines of defense in our specialized Cyber-Defense Studio. This state-of-the-art, isolated lab space allows you to safely simulate live digital threats and manage active, real-world cyberattack scenarios. By training in a high-stakes simulated environment, you will develop the immediate, tactical problem-solving skills needed to identify and neutralize threats in real time.
In addition to learning from outstanding faculty and hearing directly from visiting industry experts about current global security issues, your education will take you far beyond the boundaries of our campus. Through exclusive, faculty-led global research initiatives, you can collaborate with peers and professors from international institutions like Nova Scotia’s Dalhousie University and Alaska’s University of Saskatchewan, with opportunities to get sponsored to present your findings at major international security conferences.
