The office, which is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, is in Suite 101 of the Ross Administration Building.
The Office of the Bursar manages student accounts (billing, payments, installment payment plan, collections, financial holds, late fees, refunds of excess aid).
If you want to pay your bill online or set up a payment plan, you can do so on the Penn State Bursar's website.
For questions, call 1-814-865-6528 or visit the Bursar's contact page for frequently asked questions or to fill out a contact form. After you fill out the form, click the "Submit" button. The Bursar's office will respond to your submission within 1-2 business days. Please note, Bursar representatives cannot answer financial aid-related questions.
