Instructions
Student presenters: List the students in the order they appear on the registration form.
Project title: Be certain the title you list matches the title on the registration form.
Student contributions: In each category, rate the relative contribution of the students from 0 to 100%.
Your contribution: Briefly describe your contributions to the placement objectives and the reflection. Be sure to include how the project originated and if the student is using your existing contacts and framework.
