The Office of Student Conduct is a unit within the Penn State Office of Student Affairs. The Office of Student Conduct serves as a valuable resource for the University community by promoting a safe living and learning environment.
The University identifies unacceptable student behavior in a document called the Code of Conduct. Students are advised to familiarize themselves with the expectations of the Code of Conduct and to allow it to guide them through their everyday decision-making in and out of the classroom. Knowing what is considered acceptable and honorable behavior is often the first step in making that behavior a way of life.
