Penn State Beaver's new "Science Series" will bring experts in fracking, DNA, and emerging diseases to campus to talk about science and how it impacts our world.
Students, faculty and staff at Penn State Beaver are invited to join the campus at 7 p.m. on Feb. 2 in the Student Union Building Lodge as it embarks on an evening of food and conversation, featuring a group of community members in costume playing some of the most iconic African-Americans of the 20th century.
Former Penn State Beaver English professor Russell Brignano, center in the photograph, started the library's African-American autobiography collection with a book donation in the 1990s. It's since grown to 663 titles.
