Tutoring Services
Peer tutors and faculty provide support in many subject areas. We now have a new dedicated formal tutoring space in the Student Achievement Suite (SAS) in the Student Union Building, Suite 115. In addition, faculty can hold office hours or tutoring sessions in the SAS, if they would like. Tutoring and faculty office hours have always taken place across campus; the SAS is now being recognized as a designated area, but these can continue to occur across campus facilities.
One-on-one Appointments
Schedule a one-on-one appointment with a peer tutor in Starfish. Some peer tutors are also willing to do small group tutoring.
Faculty Drop-in Tutoring - Fall 2026
Each of the following sessions take place in the SAS. Sessions will be updated each semester.
- Professor Claudia Tanaskovic - CHEM 110 and CHEM 210Thursdays, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
- Mr. Rand Warsaw - MATH 4, MATH 21, MATH 22, MATH 110Fridays, 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. (Please email [email protected] if you need an alternate time)
- Dr. Cassandra Miller-Butterworth - BIOL 110 and BISC 4Every other Monday during common hour (12:15 - 1:15 p.m.) - next session is Monday, October 12
