Talha Harcar, Ph.D., a professor of business and the business program coordinator, teaches Principles of Marketing, Global Marketing, Sports Marketing, International Business Operations and Business Statistics.
Dr. Harcar brings a unique blend of global insight and academic expertise to Penn State Beaver's business program. His extensive travels to over 65 countries inform his teaching, enabling students to benefit from real-world examples of global brands. By integrating industry knowledge and scholarly excellence, he fosters engaging, practical, and culturally rich learning experiences in marketing and international business.
