United States Army veteran and "Dancing with the Stars" alum Noah Galloway will speak about resilience, leadership and personal accountability at 7 p.m. March 18 in the Penn State Beaver Auditorium, 100 University Drive, Monaca. Galloway became a double-amputee in 2005 after an IED attack during Operation Iraqi Freedom. The event is free and open to the public.
