European Tour

Beaver business major Katie Work is spending the semester abroad, visiting three countries in 18 weeks. This month, she made her final stop, in Germany, and the locals are constantly mistaking her for a Berliner. Das ist so Berlin.

On the EDGE

The EDGE program connects Penn State Beaver classes with classes around the world through the use of technology. Known as “virtual international exchange,” EDGE affords its participants the opportunity for global thinking and collaboration, particularly among place-bound and less-resourced students.

An American in Paris

This month, while studying abroad in France, Beaver student Sydney Jean splashed in a freezing ocean, went on a quest for bubble tea and visited the place she believes "every American has to see within their lifetime" - the American Cemetery in Normandy.

Auslandsemester
