Penn State's Student Health Center is home to University Health Services and Counseling and Psychological Services.

Penn State York held a candlelight vigil in 2014-15 to increase awareness of child sexual abuse. The fourth annual vigil, in November 2014, was sponsored by the Penn State York Council on Family Relations Club and the Student Veterans Association.

Students at Penn State Harrisburg offered their thoughts on taking a stand at the campus' Stand for State launch event Jan. 26.

Senior Taylor Sweeney, a Stand for State student ambassador, organized stickers Jan. 14 that will be shipped to campuses in preparation for the launch of Stand for State. University Park’s launch is set for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, in the HUB-Robeson Center.  

Stand for State uses a bystander intervention curriculum created by Green Dot, a national leader in violence prevention education. 

Penn State is ranked second best for its student to non-faculty ratio.
