In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Penn State Beaver recommends that students and families meet with staff via Zoom videoconference or via phone as much as possible. While student aid and finance staff will be available in the office, staffing levels will be reduced and office protocols will limit the availability of staff for walk-up service.
