Raising high tunnel at Beaver

Students from three Penn State campuses - Beaver, Behrend and University Park - raised a 96-foot-long high tunnel at Beaver. The tunnel will allow the campus to grow fresh produce year round to supply the CSA, campus food pantry and Salvation Army.

Students and staff from three Penn State campuses — Beaver, Behrend and University Park — raised a high tunnel at Penn State Beaver this summer. The tunnel, funded by a Penn State seed grant, will allow the campus to grow fresh produce year-round to supply CSAs, the campus food pantry, and the Salvation Army.
