Coming to Campus
Complete the information in this section if you are coming to campus and need a ride from the airport, bus station, or train station.
What time is your flight, train, or bus scheduled to arrive? We will schedule your shuttle accordingly, allowing time for you to gather luggage.

Supply the name and number of your flight, train, or bus and the city of origin (example: Delta Flight 101 from Chicago). Be aware that you are responsible for alerting the driver of any changes to your itinerary that will affect your shuttle. However, in the case that you are unable to notify the shuttle driver of a delay/cancellation, this information will be used.
Leaving Campus
Complete the information in this section if you are leaving campus and need a ride to the airport, bus station, or train station.
What time is your flight, train, or bus scheduled to leave? Indicate the actual scheduled time, NOT the time you want to leave campus. Due to the number of students who make requests, the schedule must be made to accommodate all students. The shuttle begins at 7 a.m. If you need to leave earlier than that, you will have to make your own transportation arrangements.

Students are personally responsible for notifying the driver if they need to cancel their scheduled shuttle. Failure to do so will result in a warning the first time. If the students fails to notify the driver a second time, shuttle privileges will be taken away.
