Penn State Beaver students, professors tour Ireland

A group of Penn State Beaver students traveled to Ireland over spring break. For one student, junior Caellin Miller, the trip was a special opportunity to learn more about her heritage and visit places she had heard about from her grandmother, who is originally from Ireland.

Penn State Beaver released the results of a survey of students’ experiences with and attitudes about sexual misconduct April 12. The campus results were part of a university-wide survey on students’ attitudes and experiences on sexual misconduct.

University survey details students’ attitudes, experiences on sexual misconduct

Penn State Beaver released the results of a survey of students’ experiences with and attitudes about sexual misconduct on April 12, including a finding that while 90.2% of students reported feeling safe from sexual violence on campus, 16.3% of students reported being the victim of at least one instance or attempt of sexual assault. The results are part of a comprehensive University-wide survey conducted last fall.
