Information Sciences and Technology Minor

Information Sciences and Technology Minor

The Information Sciences and Technology minor is a program that enables liberal arts and engineering students to study information technology, which is an important aspect of any career. The program builds a student's understanding of core information technologies and related areas of study which, in turn, prepares students for the practical application of technology in the workplace.

Participants in the IST minor sharpen their ability to think critically, work in teams, and apply classroom knowledge within the context of an information sciences and technology environment. The IST minor is the perfect supplement to any academic major.
