Individuals attend the fair to find out more about the types of entry-level jobs available for their majors such as engineering, business, marketing, computer technology, information science, criminal justice, human services and healthcare. Others are actively seeking internships in marketing, sales, administrative, human resources, communication, engineering, information technology, management or finance. Still others attend the job fair as recent alumni or students about to graduate that are looking to begin or advance their current careers in regional Pittsburgh companies and other nationally recognized employers.
WestPACS also offers many chances for job seekers to interact face-to-face with recruiters from industries such as banking, manufacturing, retail, high tech and many government agencies
